How often do I play catch up… too often. And SXSW
This week marks my first trip to the SXSW Film Festival and I’m pretty excited. It will be a nice change of pace to actually post a review in advance of the movie hitting the theaters.
Of course that would require me posting the reviews, which I expect SXSW will be the kicking off (again) of review season. It’s a good time to get back into it, as summer movie season is getting closer and closer.
So, very quickly, the good of the last few months…
Zodiac, Breach, Letters from Iwo Jima, Little Children, The Messengers, Night at the Museum, The Pursuit of Happyness, The Hitcher, Children of Men, The Good Shepard, Rocky Balboa, Charlotte’s Web, The Holiday, Blood Diamond, Deja Vu, Casino Royal, Stranger Than Fiction, Babel, Borat, Running with Scissors
and the bad…
The Number 23, Because I Said So, Music and Lyrics (it was ok), Primeval, Catch and Release, Smokin’ Aces
That’s enough I suppose. I’m surprised there are so many, actually. Some of the do deserve more of a write up and hopefully I can get to them on an individual basis at some point.
